Unfortunatly no allyp, if you move within GTA your office will be same. If you move out of Ontario then it may get worse & you have to wait for indefinate time. Just seat tight in Canada and try yourself busy and forget about this. :)

Hmmmm pretty smart decision :) When I filed everyone said don't seprate the file as CIC likes family application and if you seprate they would raise the question why are you seprating ! ??? So I filed jointly & now the critaria changed :P Thanks for you reply & celebrate your citizenship.

Blue_star, I have one question, your dad is main applicant, so have you landed at the same day & time ? why you had fillled seprate then your dad ? I have seen many single applicant's are getting citizenship faster then family application.

Marychad, Yes the latest trend is if you get RQ in GTA they will transfer it to St Clair !!

So you called to call Centre and someone said that they will transfer your file to any location in GTA ? I never heard like this, if you live in Mississauga or near by your local office will be Mississauga they can not transfer to Scarborough. Doe's anyone told you about test date?

No, not yet, I already passed three months in processing stage :) I don't think we should send them any small updates, e.g. new passport. I also have CBSA report and health report but I am not sending to them. I will keep it with me.

CIC will not check UK's record, so it will not effect but don't take any chance and hire lawyer.

Hello Friends, I have a very good news, my file has started processing... :P I applied on June 2012 from Scarborough, got the acknowledgment July 2012. Checked yesterday ecas says Received and second in processing from Nov 26th 2012.. Thank you friends & best of luck... Cheers :)
