I have sent an e-mail to NSOI, and they were only able to say that nominations, currently, are taking 8 months or more, due to high demands, although they cannot guarantee when recent applications will be processed, either if they will be processed in more or less time than the referred 8...

I have signed my initials and my wife's (she signed hers, of course). Although I have a proper "initials signature" (a confusing scratch, actually :D), I preferred writing them in legible calligraphy. But it still remains to be seen if I did it correctly...

Hello fellow future Canadians I am kind of a latecomer, both in the topic and in the process. I have only sent my application on August 26, and it arrived in NSOI on September 3rd. I know there isn't much hope for this year, but crossing my fingers anyway. My name is already on the spreadsheet.
