    INLAND APPLICATIONS 2014

Re: 2014 November Applications Plus, they haven't processed June, July and August at ALL. The fact that I applied in September but got my file returned because of a stupid mistake makes me mad, maybe I would be done by now. Can't wait until they process all the missing months then get to...

    Getting application "sent back"

Hi, Yes it happens before AOR, pretty much at the same time AOR would come if your package was okay. There's no notice, it just shows up.

    INLAND APPLICATIONS 2014

Most of the time, the first AOR is addressed to the applicant and the second one to the sponsor, so you can see the sponsor's UCI on the AOR and log in on ecas :)

    Sponsoring my partner, Needs Options

Also just a small note, I agree that #3 would be your best option, BUT you mentioned that you want to sponsor her NEXT YEAR. The pilot program ends in December 2015, and we don't know yet if they will pursue it, so you may want to consider applying outland if they don't extend the pilot.

Strange Question, can the forms be 3-hole punched?

As the other members have told you : do NOT use a binder. I'm as OCD as you are, and I used a binder, separators, plastic protectors, and color codes. When my application was returned, they had thrown away everything : binders, protectors, and separators. It's useless.

    Spousal sponsorship

It's normal, everyone has that. But they send some stuff by regular mail, like the landing letter.

    Second AOR letter from CIC?

That's a recent thing, they send one AOR to the applicant and one to the sponsor.

Would ecas update to another letter sent when landing letter is sent?

I'm pretty sure it will. My friend's ecas has been updated to say a letter was sent to her on October 9th, which would be her landing interview letter because she already received her DM.

    Supporting letters from family members

Oh, my. Apologies for the confusion and thank you for correcting me. I don't understand why they would ask for such a thing, not everyone is in good terms with their families :/

    Supporting letters from family members

You don't NEED to have those letters for your application, it's not mandatory :) as long as you have enough proofs. If I was in your situation I would attach a letter from my parents explaining that everyone has been in contact on skype but there was no real-life meeting yet, and I would myself...

    INLAND APPLICATIONS 2014

*loud sigh* CIC.......................... I would scan the receipt, attach an explanation letter and submit a specific case inquiry with the receipt/letter explaining what happened, mentioning as many details as possible about yourself so they can trace it back to your application.
