Have not receive mine either, but it is usually the case that you receive the certificate after the confirmation call to your company/you. Validity is usually 6 months. Hopefully, we wouldn't need it. Good luck!!

Same here, I received a call from AINP regarding my application made April 2014. I am not planning on adding it to my case, as it wouldn't make my application any faster. I will keep my certificate as a backup should something go wrong with my CEC application (hope not). All the best

4 months or less, not 3 months. Also note that you can't continue to work with certain type of work permit when you are on implied status (i.e, IEC). You need to know this permit type before asking he/she to continue working.

If you have the document in question summit it today. If you don't, there is really nothing you can do but work with the 7 days. In most cases and depending on the document being asked for, you are usually given 7 days to provide it.

Oh, thought you have nomination letter and that you have made application to cic and received AOR. Your only option in this case would be extending your visitor visa.

Apply for bridging work permit, but very unlikely to be approved before your IEC runs out. Good news is you will be on implied status, but wouldn't be able to continue working until work permit is approved. Hope this help.
