Hi Folks, Has anyone applied for ECA with SCDL post graduate certificate/ diploma (1 year) for latest 2019 batch passed out. As SCDL claims that it is AICTE approved from 2018 batch, just wanted to know if WES/ IQAS is approving it as "Recognized-university"? bcoz it meets their AICTE criteria.
