Hello guys, please see my below time line , i applied on complete SDS application on 16th September for Jan2021 intake, but due to no decision yet from IRCC i had to defer to Sep2021 intake. Recently my eligibility review started and still waiting for a final decision ... anyone else who applied...

because its cheaper and easier to get into PGD than in Masters after you have done your bachelors and makes sense if you have a tight budget and wana get into Canada through student visa.

I know visa officer has concern for just simple diploma which people go for after doing their bachelors, but post graduate diploma is usually done after bachelors and visa officers don't appreciate when people go for PGD after there Masters as it's going a step below than your previous studies ...

May be you were rejected before so they have already done your background checks hence direct eligibility check

My eligibility not yet started , its still stuck on background check, its has been very stressful this whole period of waiting .

I applied for Jan2021 intake for University of Winnipeg post graduate diploma under SDS on 16th September , Bio-metric done on 21st September and since then waiting for my result . Haven't got any update on medical either.
