I received the so-called Portal 1 e-mail, requesting information to create PR portal account. I've replied with the requested information. I'm wondering if IRCC will send a confirmation e-mail that they have received my reply.

I just save the IRCC e-mail as PDF file (showing my Application Number) in the application for BOWP.

I use a representative, so I cannot link gckey to the PR application. The representative didn't inform me of any AOR pdf file.

I got AOR e-mail on Aug 28 (and biometrics. no further updates since then) and applied for BOWP on Sep 4. Still waiting.

I am not aware of any AOR file actually.. We use a lawyer as representative (so we cannot link gckey account with the PR application) and she says we can just use the AOR e-mail to apply for BOWP and we have applied but still waiting.

I got AOR together with biometrics request. Didn't you receive an e-mail with your Application Number? That one is AOR and can be used to apply for BOWP.
