I applied under spp at CHC chandigarh on 31 july..... how much time will it takes normally for giving result(ofcus visa :)) ,\????????????

I had heard from several people that CHC is giving very less student visa under spp as compared to previous years............ is it true??? i have applied for this sept 2012 intake and i am bit nervous/?? plz reply ???

i am nervous , tell me my chances of visa Here is my profile 10-85.6% 12 med-66.2% with maths optional i did my 12 in 2011...... IELTS 6.5 no band less thn 5.5 i got offer letter from sheridan college for the program of chemical laboratory technician..... i got loan from punjab n sind bank...
