By eligibility interview, do you mean the hearing for final decision, or just an interview for which you are eligible to make a refugee claim?

Is the document issued same with the CBSA (Port of entry claim) and the IRCC (inland claim)?

After a person makes the refugee claim, his/her passport would be held by the Canadian government, in return, they would be granted a refugee claimant ID, which is a photocopy of their passport with an official stamp on it, right? My question is ,would that ID be used for domestic air travel?
