Didn’t receive result yet... its dispatched.. But the confusion is sometimes they say its processing and sometimes says processed

Whts your result?

I have a big confusion, I called IDP IELTS Customer care regarding EOR Status on 5th,6th,9th Sept 2019. They said EOR is in processing. Even on 9th they said same. But today another person from IDP said your EOR was completed on 5th Sept 2019. I didn't understand...... :(

Anyone got EOR Result updated after applying online in IDP? How did they submit their original EOR?
