Pr Tracker shows background on progress, but the Gckey Background Check is not applicable. Does anyone know what that means?

The number is correct if you are outside of Canada. You have to go through an operator before you are able to talk to a real human. Did you submit your application inland or outland? If you submitted your outland application inland, you submitted incorrectly; that's why there is no update...

If 90 days pass, you must call IRCC to find out what is going on.
