I have avoided coming to this forum since 20 days ago. Now I'm back, still stuck in security, with today marking the first day of my 6th month of waiting while the official processing time is 5 months:)

I visit this site regularly, but I doubt that most people would update their status after getting PPR (they have lots of other things to do + the excitement, makes it easy to just ignore updating)

Congratulations! I was really enlightened by your idea. My security has been stuck for 1.5 months so far, and everything else is passed. I just submitted the PCC of my home country because I was in the exact same situation as you (i.e. spent < 6 months in my home country in the past 10 years)...

Thanks! This is very encouraging (tears in my eyes...)! I hope we all get our security cleared and our portal emails soon! I'm tired of this life of checking the IRCC account and the tracker several times a day just to hope for a GU

Have you seen others with similar timelines (and with Sydney) getting their security passed and/or portal emails recently?

I was unclear about the PNP EE and non-EE streams myself. The EE stream is of 6 month standard. The processing time on their website is only reflective of the past applications (not the current ones) so a lot of it is severely dragged by their extremely slow processing during covid

The CEC service standard is 6 months while that of the PNP is 12 months, so I'm afraid, in principle, you'll have to wait for a lot longer than most of us here in this CEC thread...

I think the whole Nov and early Dec groups are all stuck, especially those with Ottawa and Sydney.
