What were your whereabouts in the past 1 year? I mean, if you were not in india for more than 6 months, it is generally then that they don't ask for a medical. However, best of luck. do let us know about the decision made.

Its nothing like that deva. my application reached on 10th april. and i have not recieved even an MRR.

Considering that they recieved your medicals somewhere in april end, we can expect you to get the WP by may end or june 1st week. for sure.

Try sending a fax, or ask your attourney. I'm very sure he'd know of ways to counter such things whenever there is some delay of such kind.

I don't know why they've been taking so much. They should speed up their process so that people like you are not stuck here, I hope you both get some response from the CHC very soon. Anju, Remember I said that they would consider this too. If 10 people would've applied on 1st Arpil, they would definitely have placed your application above all because your purposed date of travel was immediately thereafter. So congrats. Stay blessed.
