exactly, it depends on visa office. My visa office is Accra and I have submited my application since Feb 2016 ,no medicals yet as we speak

so many March 2016 applicants have been receiving MR since yesterday and it's sad to know even Feb 2016 applicants have not received. I remain encouraged and strengthened in the Lord
