yes , i currently live in vancouver. as far as i know you can apply for province pnp where are planning to live but im not sure do you have to have work experience in that specific province or not.

I applied under the regular PNP stream not express entry in July , received my PNP on Jan,6th. I decided that i want to go thru ee stream instead of regular PNP and it took them about 10-14 days to review my profile and renominate me. Im not sure how long it will take them if you apply for BC...
