    COPR is valid for entry to Canada multiple times but airlines do not recognize them i.e. COPR can be used to enter Canada from a land border but if one would like to fly into Canada one would need a PR card.

    For anyone in the same boat as I, my PR was approved, I did not use my CSQ. My passport is currently stamped(shipped from Ottawa). Unless I have problems during landing, there should be no issues.

    IRCC will reply. Once your file is approved unless you have committed fraud, you will get your passport stamped. CIC will probably ask you to send your passport to their UK embassy, but they will take a few days to respond.

    I have applied for EE and QSWP at the same time, well I received QSWP document checklist after sending documents for EE. For EE, after I passing medical, I was asked to provide proof that I intend to leave Quebec. My application is still in process. I will let you know how it went in a few days.
