    LMIA number and Expiry Date

LMO. It doesn't matter even the date is expired as long as you still have a valid WP based on that LMO(LMIA). It is mainly because the LMIA CIC ask is for the one for PR purpose but valid WP holders backed by LMIA (not PR purpose) also can use that LIMA they already got, even it's already expired.

    European PhD - 6 years TA/RA - ineligible

As under your profile, you were a CEC applicant and it's not mandatory to have ECA beforehand if you suffice the other requirement in its criteria, which mainly 1 year Canadian experience. But OP doesn't have any Canadian experience, he must have it ready to be eligible as an FSW candidate.

    ITA received, FSW or CEC

It's hard to satisfy only CEC not FSW by the work experience itself. If you have more than 1 year continuos work experience, then you qualify to FSW no matter it's Canadian experience or not. For example, if you worked 6 months at A company and another 6 months at B company in Canada in last 3...

    ITA received, FSW or CEC

If the foreign experience is more than 1 continuos year in NOC 0, A, B category, it may satisfy your FSW eligibility so you may not able to apply under CEC. If you have no problem on gathering enough points to get ITA without it, why would you want to put them in your application as you will...

Been living in Canada, OZ, and the US, I can't say OZ doesn't have racism in general. It's not wrong impressions because you haven't had experienced. Everyone has different views and opinions about racism so in my view you are a lucky person. To OP, if you plan to move to the US (eg. Silicon...

So as long as I don't claim my points for the education outside Canada because I have enough points to receive ITA such as I have a valid LMIA, then I don't need ECA if I am eligible for CEC, right? Then how come ECA is mandatory for both FSW and CEC?

Difference between Offer of Employment and Letter of Employment

I am not 100% confident about this as well. I remember this forum's consensus is, there is a difference between "JOB OFFER" and "VALID JOB OFFER" When CIC asks "Do you have a job offer?" and should say yes if the person is working in Canada without LMIA. (i.e. PGWP, SOWP) When CIC asks "Do you...
