Whether they waive it or open Service canada, it will be not so soon for sure. I was planing to apply for college but without PR it is not possible. It seems I ll miss my chance for September. They are stealing our time and life. This is so frustrating.

My wife is working in an immigration law firm however she hasn't got any info about this. I don't think that's true. I think that might be a wish or a guess about reopening time.

I dont think so soon, maybe after the summer. I assume they have concerns about how they can open offices with maximum safety because people will touch and line up there probably. They might take appointments for every half an hour or smth like that. Other than that no idea whats gonna happen

There is no date. I asked canada.ca and they answered me that they extended the 30 days to 90 days and even if it expires no need to worry. So I assume this will take around 5-6 months plus people who are waiting for this will be around 40000-50000 so you might get it next year in this...
