Ordered the same date I received the info from my MP.

Mine is still "Application received". I do not know what is wrong, and they never requested anything additional. It might be the reason that my wife is from Fujian province.

Forever waiting, they put my wife in the interview queue according to my MP. No specific date has been arranged and no update on ECAS. I have also emailed HK Office on Aug 21, 2015, no update as of today.

Does any one know how long does it take to have an interview date set?

If the interview is held in Hong Kong, I will fly to Hong Kong and have the interview together with my wife.

I am sad about the interview will delay my case, which means longer separation. This is torturing part of the process.
