I have been struggling to link my application with GC KEY tried countless times now already even though I even double checked the info on my IMM0008 . Anyone with the same issue ?

That's really unfair , I've seen people from November 2020 getting passport request (different Visa Offices though ) I honestly don't know whats going on with Darvo .I pray you hear from them soon .

I submitted my application last year's Nov , It currently says that my medical test have been received . I included the ARC letter and it's accompanying fees with the application initially .

Don't sweat it , the letter part is mostly formalities . had it been a crucial element in the ARC process they'd have told you about it .

Hi there , i hope you’ve gotten a response , but incase you didn’t . I’d advise filling out the form , and alongside the form write a normal ARC explanation letter , and make sure you mention about the PR and the form they requested , that way if there really is a a problem they wont need...

There is honestly no straight forward answer to your question. Perhaps you could contact your MP ? they'd make a formal inquiry about your file .
