I just want to say congrats on your passport request... You and your hubby will soon be together and your journey is not over.. It the beginning of a start with your love ones but as for the immigration part of it.. That chapter is coming to a close....

since you just won your appeal in April 2016.......it will take you about 45-50 working days to hear from iad give or take.... They are going to send the request for additional documents to the sponsor in canada in the mail...and your spouse will have to get a police record back for there...

I just want to say for everyone that heard from ottawa after winning your appeal..... If they only send you a medical request... I would sure advice you to go and do your police record, medical, updated forms, and copy your passport bio page and send it all in at the same time to avoid delays...
