    Citizenship not approved

Do you share with us how to calculate residency days? According to your comments, it seems that holidays does not count. How could you verify if your calculation meets the requirement of CIC, otherwise, CIC could just deny any applications however they want because it says so.

Anyone got Ready to VISA mail befor ECAS updated medical received

CIC was busy processing refugee applicants in the early 2016. So the standard 1.5 months wait period after medical sent to Ready for Visa is not valid to your case. Even PR card processing time was delayed. If you still haven't received any updates, please contact CIC asap by sending them an email.

Request new photographs for PR Card after landing - add your case here

You are very lucky to land before 2016, I guess even the PRC processing time was increased due to accepting large amount of refugees in the 2016. Lots of sep and oct applicants therefore was delayed to be issued immigrant status. Now the PRC processing time is back to normal to about two months.

Waiting for PR Card after landing - add your case here

Correct me if i am wrong, I think its business days. Most people wait for at least two months to receive PRC, that's about 62 days + a few more. So the avg would be much higher than 56 calendar days.
