No, my case has always been with Sydney-CIO, I was never under RR. SS took me ages!!

My Eligibility, criminality and medical were all passed in Aug 2018, since then I have been under security screening, its been 11 months now. Agent says security is done case by case, so however long it takes, it is entirely at their discretion. Disheartening.

Good sign! Ghost update after medical extention usually lead to PPR, you can call IRCC to be sure.

Was there an update in your account when it changed to "July 3, 2019 You passed the medical exam"?

Your PPR should be around the corner, many get it not long after medical extention or taking re-medical.

14 months is a long wait, I had the same update as medical expired, a bit surprised to see your medical has been extended being an outland applicant. hopefully I will get this extention too.
