I also received my AOR back at the end of Nov, as same date as yours. It also took me weeks to access ECAS. I did not know when it started to be available. I put it aside for three weeks, just till today, I tried, it worked! It should show up for you at any time!

I just linked the application to my GCKEY, showed XEP. While linking, it said all correspondence would be received through this account. Have you received any messages before? You said "after getting AOR, GCKEY no longer working" so where to get the information of the application thereafter...

Yeah, it is clearly written on the CSQ that the application should mail to Sydney NS.
