Yes if you want to get 3 yr work permit

If you choose 1 year diploma you will get 1 year work permit and if you do 2years diploma then 3yr work permit, but you can do 2 one year diplomas and get 3 years work permit

No that's not true I also have 61% in btech and I am waiting for my visa , minimum requirement for pg diploma is like 55%

Choose pg diploma as it is for graduate students, diploma is for 12th pass students.
