Both are correct.. Actually a year ago TCS used to deliver your passport at your door step but they used to charge fees. Nowadays they call you to pick your passport up at their office and they are not charged any fees!...

work permit and immigration categories are different .. he must be not for student permit ...

TCS service is good !!!! specially for embassy destinations !!!! and good thing is TCS charging 900RS and its half from FedEx Gerry's ... so your documents are reached at the same time and same destination at low price ... TCS also computer tracing system you can also Track your application...

As far as I am thinking , you should show 15000 CAD$ to 20000 CAD$. Now the visa officer has said and for this you have to show more money and then best thing would be if you show a sponsor who live in canada and take your food,accommodation, medical etc expenses responsibility on his hands ...
