    CIC is trying to clear backlog of PR apps - just see the 27th Feb glitch. Once that backlog is substantially cleared, they will up the draw intake to above 3000. If that coincides with either lower quality pool or/and back-to-back draws, then CRS will fall back to 430s. Keep up the hope.

    this is not really correct. Even if you scale the immitracked PPR issuances every month by an upward factor (304 in Jan, scaled up by 7x to 2100), the number of PPR would still be far far short of the number of ITAs issued every month (~5000-6000). This is as it should be as issuing ITA requires...

    They usually take 3-4 weeks to reopen the case or decline the appeal but its worth a try given the history. Highlight the urgency in the text that your permit is expiring soon. No, it doesn't cause any issues.

    Raise an appeal via CSE webform highlighting these aspects and also noting that for the same NOC, the LMIA was approved earlier. Provide documentation of that approval.
