You ware right. Today I see the status of the application under GCKey as "Application/Profile Updated". I think this is a ghost update. No email about ghost update. When I clicked on "Check full application status", status again changed to " Submitted". Hope to get the PR cards mailed soon.

I called the IRCC today. Agent was very helpful. She sent a message to case processing office. I hope they will approve it soon.

Thank you for the information. City/Town of birth is key here. I was not able to link it for couple of days because of the city of birth. Finally, I found this document https://immiknowhow.com/2017/12/24/linking-pr-card-application-online/ I used City/Town of birth as per my passport and it worked.

They asked me very standard set of questions. that's too very fast.. in 2 sec. You, the principal applicant, or any of your family members have been charged or convicted of a criminal offense? Marriage or common-law union, divorce, annulment, legal separation? Birth or adoption of a child...

Finally after 15 months..... Landed at Peace Arch border. The process was easy and simple... Got the PR in 45 minutes. Got new SIN from Service Canada Vancouver. Updated employer, bank about new SIN. Not sure if I need to call CRA to update the SIN number or Service Canada updates them...

I will get my passports today. (Status is: out for delivery) . I am planning to go to Peace Arch or Point Roberts. I am in downtown Vancouver. Please let me know which one is recommended and do I need to take an appointment before I do flagpole.
