The thing with error is maybe name wrong, wrong bar code or security features, maybe picture not coming up good onto card. But they don’t tell us about what kind of error it is, neither any agent know.

4-5 working days depending upon location, How close you are to distribution center of canadapost. For example downtown toronto from Nova Scotia it takes 3-4 days. But adjoining cities take 4-5 days. also you can go to canadapost website Put postal codes and get number of days it takes.

They printed my card after 6 months of sending photo. Also sometime if photo is not acceptable, they need new photo they will ask for it. You don’t have to do anything.

Not sure if customs open it what they will do. If somebody can bring it for you then no issue. Recently someone my know did the same thing. His friend brought it for him.

Happened same to my application as well Contact them after 6 weeks and tell them to send a message to office. my card production error on 4 june Then went to production again after i called them. Went for printing on 23 july. Finally printed on 2 august

I thought declaration is only if we pr card is mailed and we haven’t got in 6 weeks. Did any agent told u to do it?

I used speedpost. From brampton it only takes 1 day. But they didn't deliver it in 1 week. I waited for 1 week becoz at that time canadapost distribution center was closed due to covid. Then i called them, they said we need another week then have to see whats next step. So i sent another photo...

Mine was mailed on 2 Aug, Received on 9 Aug. did you check what address they sent it onto? when you called did they tell you that?
