which number did you call, and what time, it is about a weak that I try to make a call and after putting all information when I choose to talk to an agent, it says we can not answer and hung up the phone.

it was straight forward process and requirements, simple documents, it should not take this much

no idea, I thought might be after linking the application and uploading the requested documents get good news soon, but after 3 weeks nothing, I hopeful those weak something happens, because for most people it talked at least 1 months and my deadline for uploading additional documents was 30 days

same, I linked my application on January 7th and uploaded the additional request document on January 10th, since the date nothing

I did have the same problem, I asked some and they say if there is no expiry date on your letter put it one year after the issue date

you can not upload any new documents, as I know you can just fill up a web form and there an option for attaching the documents to your request, as I did before for some of my documents

they already ask for ADR, I submitted (uploaded) the documents ( police certified) again and I am waiting for further notice
