In my opinion, you really dont need the help of an attorney. Most of us in this forum have applied by ourselves. You can find help to answer most of the questions in this forum, if you cant find just ask and somebody will help.

I had sent in my AINP appln on Jan 15th under the new scheme. No reply from them yet. Still waiting.

There were 2 other rejections mentioned in another thread -- one in which the applicant had mentioned that he had intentions to settle in Ontario and hence got rejected.

Hi All, We are getting prepared to send in our application. Along with the AINP application, we need to send in the photocopies for the CIC application form. Do we need to attach (paste) the photos in the CIC application before photocopying them? TIA.

Hi All, How long should I stay in Alberta mandatorily if I apply thro HI-AINP? Say if I dont like the job in a year and need to shift to another province, is this allowed or should I stay in Alberta till I get my PR? TIA.
