Despo, In some of the states, you can get the PCC pretty easily. They have websites which issue these certificates. Two states (that i know of) that have websites are as below: PA: https://epatch.state.pa.us/Home.jsp TX: https://records.txdps.state.tx.us/DPS_WEB/Cch/index.aspx

I thought those 60 working days start from the day we get the File Number and not the day they received the application.. Pls correct me if i am wrong..
