Got it in 10 business days (by USPS-mail). They promptly called my home that it was approved. Also DO specify in the form the purpose for the PCC/. They need to know "why you need the PCC".

Got my PER on Oct15. My status is still 'In process' per the ECAS. Sent FBI id request on Oct 18. Should be delivered by Oct 22. Now it's a waiting game (per the site it's 12 weeks). Not sure if they truly need 12 weeks?

As per the fbi official site, it takes 12 weeks to receive the PCC( Identity history request). Did anyone get it a sooner than the posted timeline? I submitted it last week.
