If I got my PER is there any disturbance if I applied for Express Entry????

I would like to add that my ECA report came by typo-mistake in my name due to my university spelling mistake, I reported to WES and the have fixed it on the online report. Although, I have sent the original report with the spelling mistake and !!PAM!! I got my PER

My ECAS is alive since 16th of Dec 2014
