I gave IETLS through IDP in March, 2014. They delayed the result by a week.

Just to share an experience. I applied for my India's PCC from US Atlanta Consulate and Got it in exactly a week. I hope NDVO will consider the PCC issued by Consulate. Thanks everyone for their inputs.

I have used FEDEX to send my application, they also took 7 days to deliver the packet.
