I agree. I talked to an immigration consultant at university and she told me in Canada there is no appeal for refusal. As you said, my work experience based on the letter was 50 weeks per year for 15 weeks which gave me 750 hrs not 525 (and not mentioning the years). I don't want to disappoint...
