2calgary----thanks for your suggestion. As I mentioned earlier, the down side of suggested approach is that I will be left with very short time frame to complete landing. Suppose I get visa in Aug then winding all stuff up in one month will be quite difficult.

Quite normal these days.Many people got PPR2 with same status and even without additional line "medical received" in their ecase status details.
