I am using the hype in the application number. Also, the link https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do does gives an error when you select the Identification Type as "Application number/Case number"

Well, I haven't received any update from CIC nor can I check the status of the application online. The only thing I am able to confirm is that the acknowledgement I received from Fedex about package delivery.

Logically they are asking the name and date of birth on the back of photo to identify "who is who" in case of multiple applicants in the application. Stamp and name on one should be okay
