I got the email from Ottawa processing centre.

What is you CIC federal timeline? Wait for another month or so and then do online application :) My work permit was expiring July 2014 and I applied in first week of June 2014 :)

I got after 2 weeks. Usually it is 1 month :) Hopefully you get it soon ;D

NORTH PORTAL offers immigration services 24/7. I just called and confirmed with an officer @ 1-800-461-9999 Hours 7am to 10 pm everyday
