No i didnt get any ghost update just an email from CIC that there is a new message in my account i checked message and it was ppr... i applied fro spousal visa, application submitted on 26th Jan 2017.

Yes we received letter to pay RPRF fee on 9th march 2017 and we paid fee on 15th March 2017 and sent the receipt right away. the ecas showed decision made on 1st March 2018 (after my remed on 26th Feb 2018). we received a formal email (letter) on 4th April 2018 to pay RPRF the letter stated that...

add to above please note that i had submitted medical and police certificate upfront and medical receieved message was updated in ECAS back in march 2017...they requested me to make a new passport as mine was expiring in aug 2018 sometime in august 2017...they requested for new police...
