what is the reference letter? where will i get it and when will i submit it?? i want to know because i already got my file nmber (update 1st week of january) is reference letter the same as certificate of good moral character or same as job description?? i don't have an idea. thank you!!

speaking of ielts.. i have a problem with that. I already got my file number/registration number or whatever it is called (haha) so my 120 days has already started since jan 9, 2010. My problem is that, my ielts was taken july4, 2009... i was told that in immigration it is valid for 1 year only...
