Well isn't Ottawa a VO ? the file already moved from Sydney to Ottawa, why do you think it will move another time ? I am not sure but to my knowledge, all files are in Sydney first then goes to VOs or stay in Sydney VO.

I see what you mean, but you need to realize that bot everyone is internet or forum savvy ;) It may be second nature for you but not for everyone

By now yes, I agree. But by the end of the month it will at least be in progress, no? I've seen many cases where eligibility is done with first month after MEP. That's why I asked @legalfalcon if it's a good idea since they appear to take a month to answer these days.

Hi all. My AOR is 20th Nov, MEP 29th Dec. I want to now if my eligibility has started/passed and also my VO. What would be the ideal time to raise a webform or call IRCC? I'm thinking at the end of January.

In IP1, "We are processing you background..." changes to another similar but different message. Not 100% sure though
