scylla is right, only principal applicants need their educational credentials evaluated for eca and as to your other question, i don't think there would be a benefit if you will also submitted your spouse credentials for eca

Hello, Got an update on your querry, canada_payal, noc 2174, appln received june 5 was sent back sept 5 for reason (cap reached). as for your case, its bad news but you might receive back your documents sometime october. sorry for this bad info friend
