we submitted 2 separate applications one for my mom and for my aunt. and response is same in both cases

I also applied on 30th may and I didn;t get any email so far even my status is stuck at submitted. they haven't even started eligibility review. :(

I have applied for my mom on 30th May from Lahore, it was paper application. I have connected the application to online account and it shows just submitted they haven't even started eligibility review. I am so worried as we entered 7th JUly as planned date to enter in Canada.

how did you connect paper application to online account? what number you used ? I have tried multiple times but it shows no application found. we have submitted paper application on 30 May.
