I see you keep asking timeline of applicants but keep in mind each and every application is different and processed in its own way (VO, complexity of the file). The better place would be check the google spread sheet.

In recent months they are sending AOR 1-2 days after Biometric request followed by SA in 3-4 days (most cases). Medical request is week (most cases) from BIL.
