All passport pages needs to be sent again in case it was not submitted before. For country specific look @ guidelines for spouse category. I sent mom's educational certificates And aadhar card If they require sthg more they will let me know I guess as she doesn't have birth certificate!

If there is no history of the records it may take longer time for some application. Mine came in 3 days so it depends . They must have given you 2 weeks time
