    SINP Job offer

Are you qualified to do the job? How many years experience you have?

CEC) 1 year work experience from two different NOC?

Thanks, one more question about this (sorry). For the work experience bits, I just need to show them a signed reference letter stating the job duties and record of employment/pay stubs to prove my work history right? Do I also need to supply them with the job contract (if I get invited)?

CEC) 1 year work experience from two different NOC?

Yes I need to wait for EE-CEC. Question is, when is one year for this? I started on 26 October 2020 (been working full-time since).

CEC) 1 year work experience from two different NOC?

I'm confused. Aren't FSW and CEC different?

CEC) 1 year work experience from two different NOC?

I'm not - not enough points. CEC I get to 430ish CRS when I get one year of Canadian experience. FSW grid goes to 67 as well on one year of Canadian experience.

CEC) 1 year work experience from two different NOC?

Thanks. And what does "1 year mean"? I started work on 26 October 2020. Do I wait till 26 October 2021 to submit my profile?

CEC) 1 year work experience from two different NOC?

Do you put the NOC code that you worked in when in Canada for your EE profile if you're aiming for CEC? I worked in 1123 (nearly have one year), but most of my foreign work exp is in 5121. Does it matter?

    Help with CEC

Hello, I'm preparing to lodge my Express Entry profile when I hit one year of experience for CEC. I have a skilled job (NOC A, 1123). I started working full-time on 26 October 2020. When exactly can I apply? On 1 October 2021 (technically 12 months) or 26 October 2021 (52 weeks)? Also, I only...

    Eligible Work Experience_CEC

While we're on this topic, can anyone explaining to me when exactly you achieve 1 year under CEC if you work a full-time job? I started work on 26 October 2020 in a full-time job. Would I be eligible to send my EE profile on 26 October 2021 or 27 October 2021 or something else?

CEC - Query on eligibility date/ref letter

Hi friends, I am getting my paperwork ready for my Express Entry profile when the time comes and aiming for a CEC invitation. Two questions: 1) I commenced work in Canada on 26 October 2020 (my job is full-time, paid, 30+hrs/week, NOC 1123, still working). On which exact date could I submit my...

    CELPIP

Yep it is a pretty strange question I have to say. It's natural to be nervous about the exam but as long as you've studied and done the practice tests extensively you should at least meet the benchmark for your immigration pathway.

Exactly - and it's not okay.

    SINP & median wages query

The SINP guys are very, very slow. My only tip would be to ensure that your job is meeting ALL their criteria (full time, non-seasonal, median wage; NOC 0/A/B and the job description aligns to what you're doing etc). A lot of us seem to think having a job where we do 6 different NOCs is okay...

    SINP & median wages query

They did but I had a falling out with my employer and got a way better job and will be aiming for CEC first, spousal sponsorship second and SINP as a complete last resort.

    One last try: CEC

So basically if someone takes their 2 or 3 weeks leave as per their entitlements, they then actually need to work 54 or 55? What if you are sick for one week or had COVID?

    One last try: CEC

If you got married to a Canadian why didn't you take the sponsorship route? You still earnt it because someone wanted you there for reasons that are equally as valuable as your professional skills...
