Sent on Jan19. No updates. The fkng thing is my frnd sent a photo on portal 2 weeks back recently got card in 10 days. Those etobicoke people are ruining

Hello, that's true. But me as a CEC applicant I did not bring any money. In fact I earned and sent back to my home country. That's what most of my immigrant friends do.

Canada IRCC is a dumb shit according to me. From scores of 480's to 75 says how IRCC is broken and needs labour of no proper skills.
