they have also asked for the SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION REQUEST FOR STUDENTS for my husband, along with his CV and Schedule A, though my husband is unaccompanying and is not intending to come to Canada soon, nor is he a student currently. Not really sure how to fill this form

What is the difference between "Eligibility met" and "Eligibility recommended pass"?

I just called CIC, they mentioned that eligibility is met and security and criminality is not yet started. When asked what is the expected completion date, they mentioned it would be 6 months from date of application and hence by mid of June. But I am unsure if it would actually get completed by...
