@ Raj , even i got the receipt today from college ,but its nowhere mentioned that i paid a full one year tuition fees, rather it states that i paid a fee for winter and for summer its partial . Will that effect me while submitting the file for visa . please help guys!!!

@ Arun - i think your consultant is right , if you go by rule book a minimum of 16 years of FULL TIME education is needed .It something similar to my case where i couldn't show my Masters ,though it was Distance (not part time).. If you do have 16 years of full time ,than you can apply with...

I got the reply from SCotia bank... What exactly is IP number ? are we all talking about investment account number that bank reply us on mail with the details of wire transfer.. as in i received a mail with Investment account number that is around 8 digits .. Hope its right...
